Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - North Lakes Westfield

Went to try to get my glasses adjusted as they were sliding down my nose and they somehow made them worse by curling in just one side and giving my ear lots of pain. Not to mention the huge and long wait. Very annoying to keep having to show up for adjustments when staff dosent seem to know what they're doing as it's not the first time I have to go back to try to get them fixed

I visited a few weeks ago for an eye test. I was a bit nervous as I ended up having to bring my two month old baby along with me due to a schedule change. Of course bub didn't go down for her nap in time for my appointment and became very fussy. Thankfully a lovely lady offered to hold her for me while I got the testing done, and I was able to get bub down to sleep in time to see the optometrist. He was lovely, very thorough, and explained things well. When it came to pick out my frames, the sales assistant was friendly and did a great job of helping choose something that would suit me. I am so grateful that the whole team were so lovely and patient with us. It made the less than ideal situation so much easier. Thank you!

I cannot compliment the staff enough. I was not expecting such a busy store to be as efficient and attentive to mine and my partner’s needs for glasses. My partner and I booked online for our appointments. We arrived and Stephen greeted us, retrieved our health information and walked us through the process for our appointments. Each of the staff members, including Stephen were well trained and courteous. I have been a glasses wearer for most of my life. This has been the best customer service and quality of staff knowledge I have experienced from my time of going to do my obligatory annual or biannual eye checks. Great work!

Made an appointment with Natalie to discuss hearing aid options. I cannot compliment her enough. Very thorough and detailed and answered all my questions. I am now the proud owner of my first set of hearing aids which has been life changing. Awesome product. Awesome value for money. Awesome audiologist. Just do it.

After privacy issues with the strathpine store, re glasses. I decided to try north lakes for hearing aids. Natalie was great & keeping me updated re the health fund issues thru hicaps. All sorted. I called the store early afternoon to confirm that A) the devices were in store, & B) confirming my appointment that day to fit said devices. Yes all good see you soon.What an absolute mess!! I get to the store, introduce myself, oh & what time is your appointment? No not that time, ok try an hr later, no & not tomorrow,?? No !! Definitely today. Sorry your not booked in today at all, well yes i am ill go around the corner & wait to see Natalie, whislt you girls sort out who's who etc etc.!!Natalie as i said to you if you want something done, & done properly, do it yourself. This is the second occasion at 2 different stores, where the front concierge staff haven't much of a clue, or just divulge, unwanted information & in the meantime breaching privacy guidelines.Thank you Natalie for your good humour, you are a real professional, such a shame that the girls out the front aren't as professional as yourself. You certainly changed the situation around. Thank you & well done.After receiving a stock standard so sorry blah blah reply, as per all the other reviews, NO!! Where do I even begin with the abysmal horror show that is Specsavers in NorthLakes? This place single-handedly redefines the meaning of incompetence and has successfully managed to turn a simple eyewear purchase into an experience worthy of a nightmare movie. Brace yourself for the epitome of failure, spending over $900 on glasses with a wrong prescription and even I constantly advising them something is not right while they insisted for me to get use to them in a fashion to believe that I must try eventually finding out the prescription was wrong and was informed 3 months now has passed and there is nothin we can do sitting Infront of the supervisor with my broken reading glasses that they didn't bother to help me fix them upThis establishment is a disgrace to the eyewear industry, and its existence is a testament to the failures of capitalism. Save yourself the agony and seek a reputable and competent eyewear provider.Please I am only referring to this in North Lakes but defiantly not the other Specs Savers.Hope this is read by many cause this me 9 months of migraine pains for trying to wear the wrong glasses.Thank you

Lovely staff. So helpful and polite. Great price too !!! Another establishment I went to charged twice as much as spec savers. This is the place to go for affordable great service and glasses. Thank you.

The only disappointment I had this time was, I received an email to say my glasses were ready, however, when I got there they were still waiting for the lens to be checked.. other than that.. great as usual
