I have used AM Realty over the past 12 years as a tenant and more recently as an owner. As a tenant with more than 4 years association with AM Realty I never had a problem. They were *always* courteous, professional and if there were any maintenance issues it was handled in a timely manner. Now, I am utilising their services as an owner and they are most accommodating. My property is in Brisbane and I am still using their services which are based on the Gold Coast. Why you might ask? Well, simply because I trust them and it's as simple as that. Inspections are done just as often as if they would be if my property was on the Gold Coast. When you find someone whom you trust, why would you go elsewhere. I cannot recommend Anne-Marie, her husband, David or their receptionists enough. 5 star!!!

From a tenants perspective this was a really disappointing experience. Anne-Marie is one of the coldest and outright pretentious people I have ever come across in her line of work. Although thankfully we didn't have much contact with her during our lease, she definitely made up for it with a very unpleasant and unnecessary experience upon exiting the property.After leaving the property in the same/if not better condition than when we first moved in, I was horrified and annoyed when I started receiving emails of long lists of trivial items Anne-Marie believed were not to her standard which were beyond ridiculous and actually laughable.With a list as trivial as hers, compound with the pressures of moving you can see how tenants become overwhelmed and allow agents to get their own way. Not to mention if you do take your case through QCAT, you are looking at a potential 2-3 months wait before seeing a cent of the rest of your bond money. For some people in rental situations, bond money is relied on for moving and getting established in a new property, this is something agents like AM Realty know, and use to their advantage.After deciding to proceed with QCAT, I honestly wish I had never bothered Anne-Marie clearly was well informed on how to get around the whole system anyway.I should also note that the rental was empty several weeks after we left and being a great property in a good location, I could only put that down to their off putting attitudes driving potential tenants away. AM Reality is really just a classic example of another Gold Coast rouge real estate agency trying to cash in on tenants bond money to cover their own shortfall and keep their clients happy.I'll be staying away from ma and pa real estates in the future, so happy with our new real estate agency they are professional, friendly and easy to deal with.

Ann-Marie and her team have been managing my property for a number of years, and my husband and I could not be happier. This is in part due to the fact that she has demonstrated utmost competency at every stage of managing the property, from initially guiding prospective tenants through the house, to keeping us updated on any issues, while ensuring that it is very well maintained. Overall though, what has struck me most is the way she has made sure that our tenant is well looked after too. Whenever there has been a problem with the property, she and the team has acted quickly to ensure that the problems are fixed. We know that she acts in the interests of our tenants, treating them with honesty and respect, while simultaneously ensuring that our property is well cared for. I deeply appreciate this aspect of her management, as I have previously been a tenant too, and know how important it is that the house I have rented feels like my home.

I started my relationship with AM Realty in 2014 to manage the rental of our property on the Gold Coast. I have found dealing with David and Ann-Marie and all their staff very easy and quite pleasant due to their professionalism and excellent service.
