Cudgen Headland Surf Life Saving Club @ Kingscliff Beach

Beautiful place to catch up with fam bam friends and have a good bite to eat

We had our lunch at Cudgen surf life saving restaurant. Location and view is great - we are looking over the ocean and beach. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Meals - tasty and good portion size. They have kids menu - all meals including drinks and ice cream. We are happy to visit there again in the future.

Had a fantastic experience here at Cudgen Headland Surf Life Club in Kingscliff NSW 3487. The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular - had a great meal from their menu and some nice cold drinks at the bar. We got a table really easily where we could sit with the kids and they had heating on as well which made for a cozy atmosphere. Would definitely come again.

The view alone is a reason to visit this venue, it is stunning!!! I would love to see more potato mash and veggie options with all the main meals as not keen on chips. The service was great and I’d definitely return!

I approached a very young blonde hair fellow 10 past 5 this afternoon as he was coming out of the kitchen and ask him where I could find the menus and he had a brief look around and said to me “no clue” and walked straight off. I ended up walking out and going to Kathmandu next door that had amazing service and great food

Visited here for lunch on a Sunday in February 2023. Very hot day, but perfect sitting on the covered veranda area with a nice breeze. The staff were super friendly finding us a good table as soon as we walked in. Food was tasty with a nice choice of specials. On Sunday afternoons they have live music too. If you are after a laid back surf club with a great outlook and good food, can't go past here.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, stunning ocean & beach views, dolphins & currently migrating whales all made an appearance easily observed from the covered outdoor deck seating. Add a decent wine list, a range of 0% alcohol beers & a great menu choices (I had the seafood plate for 1 & it was delicious & a very generous serve. The couple at the adjoining table had the 3 tier seafood tower, which for $89 seemed completely worthwhile. The only negative was the small range of desserts displayed, wrapped in plastic wrap in the cabinet. Rather unappealing & not very well displayed. I'll definitely visit again on my next trip to Kingscliffe.

Great little spot for lunch or dinner with ocean views. We saw whales having fun while we ate lunch. Menu has enough variety to suit everyone.
