Good website. Fast shipping. Good customer service. After a few months I had a faulty shelly product. Contacted the team and they sent me out a replacement without any issues. Saved me alot of hassle.

They were very quick to get the package ready.Paid for express international shipping and it’s been 10 days and hasn’t even left the country. Asked if they could find out what is going on and never heard back. They need to stop using Australia post for international shipping. They are always hopeless. Rather pay a few dollars more for DHL.

I bought 14 switches of 1,2,3 and 4 gangs. They were delivered promptly, no complaints.It took some time to figure out that before the switches could be added in smartlife or tuya app they needed a zigbee gateway which should have been mentioned in the description.

Bought some products online from Smart Guys a few weeks ago. Very shortly after ordering I was emailed to say that some of the items were not in stock even though the website said they were. Rather than the usual 'sorry it's on backorder' excuse, they offered a more expensive alternative that could ship straight away at no extra cost to me. Really nice to experience that level of service and rapid communication.
