Not really my kind of brand, but they do have a phenomenal selection of products, for both males and females. If you're a Coach fan, this place will be your heaven. Prices are very fair.That said, Coach is also something that I'll consider more quantity vs quality. I personally wouldn't get too many pieces as you may outgrow your preferences for branded goods a little too quickly with them.

Nice store design and service is decent. Located next to peters of Kensington.Be wary that this is an outlet store, so some styles aren’t available, and some items are ‘outlet quality’ unfortunately (especially the bags).

Thai staff really friendly, Me and my girl friend just want to browsing the stuff at the shop but she got very good service mind and asked me to try the bag without any hard selling which made us comfortable to try onAnd I got wound on my hand so I asked her the way to the chemist to buy some plaster but suddenly she went behind the counter and handed me the band aid with cleaning alcoholWe really appreciate her servicesSo we ended up to buy one bag and one wallet

I saw a cute handbag at Coach, styled with a scarf along the handle that I kept thinking about my whole shopping day at Birkenhead Point. I ended up going back for it.Mandy, a staff member, helped me pack one in my favourite colour. I was worried about how I could redo the styling of the scarf after I wash it and she showed me carefully and allowed me take a video of the process. I still refer to it to this day, thanks Mandy!

Service was really good and staff are super friendly! I bought a bag from this store last year and it comes with complimentary cleaning every 6 months. Got a text from them that it was scheduled for cleaning and went in today. It was really quick (had lunch while I waited) and the sales assistant even gave me a replacement for the hardware that fell off from the leather tag!
