Arlais Wellness Pilates & Yoga
Just had the most fantastic session with Shiori for reformer tonight! She had a such great detail with her focus on posture and lengthening, I left the class feeling so long and strong definitely one of the best (and hardest) sessions I have ever had across all the studios I have ever been to.
