We have been with them for 6 years now. Love our unit. Centacare Staff are so easy to .get on with.

The reception lady at bridgewater is absolutely lovely and very helpful and understanding,very talkative and happy 2 help

Great people I have jess as my tenancy officer she's so understanding and kind been in this house now for over 7 years but I feel it's my time to transfer so hoping for a brand new start

Very rude people someone called me a never got back to me I kept calling to see if use had any answers but No wouldn’t recommend use guys at all!

After 7 years and 8 months, 5 or more tenancy officers, and a house that is literally falling apart, I'm finally on the transfer list. But they won't tell me when I move, how much bond will be so that I can call colony 47, or anything of the sort so I can redirect my mail from x date. They haven't even let me look inside of the property yet. Countless phone calls, texts and emails that have gone unanswered. A under-trained tenancy officer that causes more stress than good, someone who doesn't know the answer to anything, so what use is he? yes, I'm looking at you, Peter. A very unprofessional person, Anita, just hung up on me when I tried asking her a question. How bloody rude can they be? If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We have had ongoing business with Centacare, Bridgwater for over 3 years and during that time, they have been fantastic to work with. Always helpful and any issues that arise are dealt with quickly and professionally.

After phonecalls for help with housing & on the list for around 3 1/2 yrsIt seems it's not WHAT you know but WHO you know !!! As I know of people in evolve units who have not been waiting as long as me & have been in better circumstances than me !! I don't begrudge them just seems an unfair system!!
