Considerate, accommodating & efficient.Although our darling mother (Mot) was 92, her death was unexpectedly painful; she had always been there for us and now she was gone. The team at MFF was superb; the girls were considerate, helpful and efficient, guiding me deftly and sympathetically through the whole process, taking care of every detail, including our unusual request. Mot had enjoyed a very long and joyous life and we knew she’d want us to celebrate it, not mourn its end. That's why we asked the girls to decorate Mot's coffin with all the cards we’d sent her over the years and all the programs of the shows and cricket matches to which we’d taken her, so she could take our love and memories with her. The result was spectacular and a fitting farewell for a woman who loved life and colour and had a robust sense of humour. Thank you.

Considering the circumstances, this place was incredible at their profession. Caring and understanding and the day ran like clockwork. Zero faults. They put us in touch with the right celebrant too.

Even though ot was 7 years ago Murphys looked after my cherished husbands service. I feel that it is a thankless task, they provide. As its very emotional at the time. Even this long, after my husbands death its a little tough to write!!!!! So 5 stars!! I couldn't fault them at all, and even 6 yrs later when I needed his death certificate it was no trouble to copy and send one to me. Asap!!!! I wrote this because when a loved one dies you seem to be on another planet at times and they pick up the ball up for you. I was uncomfortable about it all, to say the least. They asked me the minimum and organised. As funerals go it was the worst day of my life.....yet organised so well it was drama free". Well done know i look back for the last time Just in case I never thanked your company enough this is my thank you and Thank you.........."

Nothing was too much to ask and they truely went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Murphy Family Funerals more highly. Grant, Shaye and everyone at Murphys were so patient, kind and considerate and the ultimate professionals. Their services are not the kind that we want to avail ourselves of, but we will all need their help at some time. I can assure you that you will be in very safe hands here.

Just wanting to say on behalf of my sister Carol Anne and I that if it wasnt for the staff especially Craig and Laura helping us a year ago today our beautiful mum wouldnt have had the celebration of life she deserved. You both don't realise the place you have in our hearts. Mum would be 71today. As you can imagine not a second goes past that we as a family dont miss her or think of her. Again I say thankyou. Very professional and compassionate. Always looking thier best and nothing short of amazing! Ive been to quite a few funerals and have never experienced the same level of care as Murphy's provides and highly recommend them to anyone. They truely make you feel at ease when loosing a loved one knowing theyre in such capable hands!
