Inadequate and Authoritarian process and procedure lacks any logic. Is setup so they can fine you. Complaints process lacks real understanding. My feedback from complaint was no this is the process too bad but thanks for the suggestion we have passed this to our IT team for improvement !!! So acknowledge the issue but stiff, keep up the good work !

Really love the building.Very neat, beautiful and modern building. Plenty of carparks available for the staff which have to be booked in advance.Building is smart and has a very good vibe.The reception people are super nice and helpful.Really liked the way their elevator system works. A very good system to avoid crowded lifts because of Covid.It's a shame that the building cannot be used as designed as still lots of people work from home.....

Reported faulty traffic lights never fixed 4 calls for it and previous email still not fixed 2 months later. Also traffic lights all along milperra rd continuously red for side streets banking up traffic on main rd was reported too

Hi there, we got stuck on the road near parramatta Granville milperra, exit but 2 lovely guys from transport for NSW came named : Ian and Michael oska4 helped us. Thank you so much guys for your help. Thanks a lot for your lovely gesture as they gave us water and put petrol in our car. Really really appreciated
