Bought a house which this company renovated. They left heaps of various rubbish under property (from old flooring to large peices of concrete, not to mention general rubbish under the garden). The plumbing does not meet Vic building standards. Contacted builder to try and resolve and initially he lifted deck and took away old flooring. Tried to get plumbers details from him so as we could speak with plumber regarding the very offensive smell coming from our drains . He refused this information. We initially called several plumbing companies to come and fix however on inspecting under the house they all refused to take the job due to it being in such a bad way. We have now had to go to VBA and now 9 months later with help from VBA the plumber is at last in contact. All I can say is BEWARE!! One star rated only because I cannot post unless I click on a star. On a plus and maybe worth the 1 star given is that the inside to the house was to a good standard apart from several taps that were loose and coming away.
