Had been there 3 times to buy prescription medicines, but all 3 times no stock and they're asking to order the medicine and collect after 2 to 3 days. I think its better to drive few more KMs to Chemist WH, instead of waiting 3 days. .

Opened half hour late. If you’s aren’t gonna open til 9.30 change ya times on the door

I don't remember the name of the sales assistant that served me but everyone that we dealt with was professional, courteous and efficient.Great job team

Staff are lazy or don't care about their job. I asked for 3 scripts to be filled, they were all on one script, really isn't that hard, is it? Most important script that needed to be filled wasn't. I told the staff member it was really important. It wasn't till I got home that I noticed. Now I have to go all the way back there to get it filled when it should of been done that day. Not impressed at all. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, THIS IS WHY SOME PEOPLE BECOME KARENS, BECAUSE STAFF ARE NOT LISTENING OR LISTENING PROPERLY. I've been to this store a few times now and it's honestly not my favourite one.

Wrong medication issued. This used to be my favourite pharmacy. Unfortunately, I had a script for new medication. I had to pay $57 as it is not on the PBS. I took the medication but the side effects were dreadful. I went back twice to voice my concerns over the side effects and was told they would settle. When I started the new package, my symptoms disappeared immediately. I looked at the active ingredient on the two boxes and found the first dose of medication was the wrong medication. When I voiced my concerns, the pharmacist said I was given the wrong medicine. He never apologised, did not acknowledge the seriousness of the issue and did not offer a refund. He said because the active ingredients both started with the letter V the pharmacist must've got them mixed up. I voiced my concern politely that I might have liver damage from the medication as it warned people with liver issues not to take the meds. He still did not apologise or acknowledge the seriousness of this mishap. He did say he would tell the pharmacist to be more careful. I feel I can no longer trust them with my care or scripts, as I have no education or qualifications to check my medicine has been correctly issued and I'm not going to go to a second pharmacy with my meds to check they have been correctly issued.

Young lady was very helpful, but senior staff member was quite rude, made feel like I had done something wrong when I went to use a gift card I was given,and it declined, was complaining that the gift card envelope was turn and could read instruction , I explained you have open to get out instruction,then wanted to know where the instructions were was very surly, I had to purchase products with my own money, only to realise that the card didn't work because it only had a total of $50 and I had bought $64 so should have done two seperate purchases then could have used the gift card, won't be going back there again as she made me feel like I was doing something wrong

Staff was very lazy to do their work. No smile on face looks like don’t want to do work . it’s always. very bad costumer service. i wish if i have zero star option.

I did give 1 star as Some very unfriendly older staff. Nasty attitudes and Not at all helpful. Kindness goes a long long way but when you turn around pull a dirty look at people and just pick on them... its a problem. Some of staff really should not be in customer service. A shame because there have been some very very nice young girls working in there in the past. Apparently bad customer service and mean bullying character is not at all a generational thing. What happened to setting example to those younger?They really need to be more mindful of the staff they employ and keep.Looking at the other reviews I can this is a trending theme.Having said this I want to say a call was placed to management and they were very very kind and understanding. Hopefully things go in a positive direction moving forwards. I understand its hard to find staff in first place. Management deserve more stars.

I take my prescriptions there and find good friendly service. The pharmacist is very obliging when asking for advice.
