Cairns Sparkle Cleaning

I used their services for two years. At first I was happy, great job to impress. Then it got worst and worst, there seems to be no communication between staff and boss. Never the same staff from week to week, most dont speak English. The last 8 months, they would come unannounced any time, any day. For 8 months they overcharged me, I let it go unware bc the bill was not coming directly to me. One day a cleaner broke a precious heirloom of the wall. I cried. Two weeks later I called Wella the boss, at first she refused to believe me bc she had not been told by staff who had left the company. When I asked her to pay for the repairs, she declined first saying she had no insurance then saying she did not want to make a claim on her insurance. Theaar

Very overpriced for residential cleaning

We have a very large Queenslander that is exposed to all of FNQ, it is overwhelming to clean - until I met Wella and Manuela's team.I've had cheaper cleaners before but they come with a set of rules that didn't make my life any easier.My house is now sparkles and not only in the rooms I requested to be cleaned but the ladies have worked their magic through every room of the house and worked their way to the exteriors.After 4 months I am totally impressed and won't go anywhere else.
