Can go above and beyond for you. Had nothing bad to say until I took a mower in for self propelled cable replacement. Got mower back with broken axle mount. Owner acknowledged it, waited 6 months to get it back - stated they didn't break it, made me pay for it. Not happy.

We hired a trailer yesterday to do trip run. We were treated with distain even though the trailer hire franchise is run via this shop. I don't know what his problem was, but the guy on the desk couldn't be any more unhelpful if he tried.
