I bought a Mazda CX 3 2021 here 4 weeks ago , they told me the car is repairable write off is much more cheapest compare to the market prices. The car was brand new only done 1200 km and they gave me 3 months warranty with it.I’ve been driven the car for 4 weeks and have no problems at all with the engine is great smooth like brand new.Recently I noticed there a small problem with the car exterior , today i gave Shan the manager of carwings a call and tell him what happened to the car and problem is , without asking Shan tell me to bringing in the car and he book for the mechanic to get it fix . I told Shan i lived very far away and cost me hundred of dollars if i leave my car there to get it fix and catching Uber home and return to pick up the car.Straight away Shan offered me car i can borrow without me asking.Very good customer service and easy to deal with Shan the carwings manager.I do highly recommended for this place.

These guys are unbelievable crooks - whenever they get too many 1 star/negative reviews they will take down their site and then get their mates to give them 5 star reviews on a new business page here on google.Bought a written off car here a couple of years ago and lost a lot of money when I sold it - cars even if they are repaired well don’t have a good resale value as you can’t get trade in from another garage or private sellers won’t buy any written off car.Simply avoid this place.

Written off repair they wont mention,and warranty not worth the paper, brought a car from them- had done low Ks ran well for 4,000 km then died. Towed to Mechanic for diagnosis- engine replacement advised. Theyre not in Shonky Dealers for there honesty. NO GOOD WILL @ Carwings!
