I saw Dr Sharon Chui in the public clinic she works in and was extremely impressed by her high quality care.She was friendly and fun and helped to put me at ease with my anxiety, and I get super freaked out at the dentist due to previously having bad experiences with other Dr's.She was super attentive and listened to my needs and concerns and made sure that I was fully numbed up. This is a really important thing to me as I have had issues with the anesthesia working properly in the past so having her listen to me and do as I asked regarding this made me feel more confident. And along with her friendly demeanor and willingness to listen I felt the most comfortable I have in the dentist chair in years.But the thing that impressed me the most is that I came in for an extraction of 1 of the 2 teeth that has been causing me problems and it literally took less that 3 seconds for her to remove it. Like she clamped it and pulled and that was it. It was out. I barely even felt the pressure. I was in the chair at 327pm and was back in reception by 340pm. And because she pulled it on the right angle I haven't got any worsening of pain. It feels similarly to what it did before being pulled except that there's a hole there.She also made sure that I was fully aware of the aftercare instructions and what to do if anything went badly.This was by far the best experience I've ever had with dental treatment.And if I ever have to pay privately I would 100% pay private rates for her as I feel she is totally worth it. I also would and have recommend(ed) her to people who I know that need dental treatment.I honestly cannot speak highly enough of her and genuinely am super impressed by her professionalism.I am grateful that I was blessed with the opportunity to have her work on me in the public sector.I'm going to be asking for her to be my dentist and handle my treatment from now on as I know that I will get high quality care.I don't normally do super long reviews like this but in the rare cases like this I feel that it is worth the time and effort and is the least that I can do.

I'm from Sweden and broke a tooth during my stay in Melbourne. Went to Dr. Sharon Chui Dental Clinic and would totally recommend it to everyone having similar issues. High quality and even better service and staff!

I've never been the biggest fan of dentists, however Sharon really did a great job at making me feel at ease while I was there.I wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first time at her practice but I was greeted by a friendly team who were very professional. I had my teeth cleaned and examined in a timely manner without any fuss which is something I had reservations about due to previous consultations at other dentists.After the teeth clean I was given direct and honest information about my teeth, rather than trying to over exaggerate things so that I would need unnecessary procedures.All in all, I would highly recommend Sharon if you're needing any teeth work done.

Dr. Sharon Chui being professional and patient. Been to few other dental clinic to look after my teeth problems, some of them just give me small touch and useless advices. Since Dr Sharon look after my teeth for four treatments, I can definitely feel the difference professionalism service and Being refers me to another specialist to do the check-up relate it to my teeth, I definitely recommend it.
