I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Pet Friends and Allison in particular.The care she gave for my dog was perfect in every way. The daily updates were fantastic to receive and he had the time of his life.I couldn’t be more thankful of Allison and the Pet Friends team.

I can fully recommend the services of PET FRIENDS for your pet. The whole process of getting my cat taken care of, while I was away on holidays, was a simple and smooth one. They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

Pet Friends and in particular Lee, Flick and Dean are all amazing. They came into our lives to look after our wee babies and the care and attention that they lavished on them was second to none. They truly took the time to get to know our pets and recognise who they were and what they needed individually. Couldn't reccomend Pet Friends enough. Super reliable, prompt to find me someone to look after the pooch (on a public holiday might I add), friendly and reasonably priced. The individual who ended up looking after my doggo was very lovely, sent me lots of comms and pics of him while we were away and gave me a sense of comfort as soon as we dropped him off with her.

I honestly couldn't say how amazing Pet Friends truly are. I have just got back from a holiday in Bali & they were looking after my dog. On my second day the worst happened & she was attacked in the park by another dog unfortunately quite badly, and my sitter Jen also got caught by that dog - which came away fine. They took total care of her, took her to the vets quickly for an operation and check ups while keeping me informed and literally treating her as their own dog with lots of cuddles and treats. They kept in contact with me the entire time, calls, texts and photos & couldn't have done more in such a horrific accident while I was away. If you are considering using them, they are worth every penny and so much more. I couldn't recommend them higher - truly a fantastic team who know about and love animals like their own. Special thank you to Jen who was looking after Winnie, you were amazing. & Sharon who was too! THANK YOU!

Highly recommend Pet Friends - I have used them multiple times and are such value for money when I can't get a friend/family member to come. They make everything so easy, their customer service and the process of booking is flawless, and I feel completely reassured leaving my cats alone for a few days knowing they will be well taken care of. My cats warmed up to Sue almost right away and are very happy with her looking after them, even the shy one.Feeding - check. Litter cleaned - check. Lots of pats, playing and treats - check.Communication from all staff/carers is excellent and their customer portal is a major bonus - I can book and pay my invoice, plus record all information and preferences including a profile for each of my cats and their individual details. Majority of daily visits comes with a Service Report including pictures, and these are saved in customer portal. Can't recommend Pet Friends highly enough.
