These guys are champions.. Came to him with a need to get an older BMW key cut, I bought my own key. He gave me sound advice and advised me to go to Cannington instead where they have a more accurate laser cutting machine, than he could do mechanically. Could have just taken my money but he didn't. Also Cannington to give me discount. Brilliant service!

Solid service from the lads over at Mister Minit Livingston. Requested a blank copy of my car key to be cut so that I could transform my normal master key into a flip key (which was a success). The initial fitting wouldn't crank the car but after taking it back to the guys it worked like a charm. Very accommodating to my needs and sought to give sound advice about the key conversion process. Would recommend!

Stall attendant ignored attempts to get his attention. Seemed more interested in reading some instructions than customer service!

I recently had my daughters birthday present (a watch) engraved for her 30th, Mister Minit did a wonderful job and his service was excellent, I could tell he takes great pride and interest in his work as he commented on how nice her watch was! He also made the job affordable within my budget. Thank you so much...I have one very happy daughter and the message you engraved made it so special!

Our thanks to David and the team. We had some engraving done on a gift for a birthday present and their service and quality were 5 star. It's nice to find a place where service still matters and where quality is the norm.

Went to Mister Minit to have a car key cut by the young lady in the store today (Dec 2, 2021) and the cost, friendly service and speed was impressive. Going back for another one soon ... :)

Great Service, everything was explained to us and nothing was too much trouble. The store was quite busy and each customer was given all the time they needed. All costing was upfront and fully explained. Would definitely return. The extensive range of services is a plus too

On the 27th of Feb 2021, I went into livingston and straight to mister minit to get a watch repaired. Although there was a person before me, this customer was incredibly rude and ill mannered toward the employee there. The employee at the time was Rhys, he handled the situation professionally and was very nice to the customer when he didnt have to be. Rhys became a victim of verbal abuse for an issue that he was not even involved in. I stepped in and mentioned that this company does a great job and I'm sure they know what they are doing, the customer was very rude to me aswell. Upon the disgruntled customer leaving I commended Rhys on his professionalism throughout the situation, I also mentioned to him that I've been working in hospitality aswell and I would not have had the self control he did. So well done Mister Minit on having such a great employee.
