I must say just cuts was absolutely a pleasure I've been to a few barber, salon's to walk in a staff member attends to you book you in and the wait wasn't long and the have a wonderful hair dresser understand what you want and then makes me feel so relaxed in conversation then in detail go about her task if anyone has not tried just cuts at willows go there

Elizabeth and Danielle are saviours of the day! I wanted someone to wash and blow dry my hair. I called at 12pm, someone advised me to get the app and check in, as it will be quicker. I did, I was advised the wait time as 20 min, which perfectly matched with my drive time. I enter the store and I was ushered in by the lovely Elizabeth. I added that I have a wedding at 3pm hence the rush.Elizabeth asked her team member Danielle to assist to ensure I was on time. In 30 min, the service was done. Thank you so much for such an efficient service! I really appreciate your hard work!

The worst haircut I have ever had. My hair was completely butchered. I could have done a better job with a pair of garden shears. I had to go to another salon and pay to have someone try to fix it as best as possible. I can't believe a 'qualified' hairdresser can think that this is acceptable.

Very disappointed - I had my hair cut there before and they did a good job. Went in for a Christmas from and despite asking to see a photo of what I wanted which I did she butchered my hair.

Emma and Rae were absolutely amazing I recommend them 110% I went in to just cuts Willows with a HUGE!!! matted knot, and soo much pain in my hair that I didn’t think could be saved but Emma and Rae saved so much more of my hair than I thought possible, I thought I’d be leaving looking like a boy but I left with a concave haircut, thank you girls so much I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it.I’ll see you again in 12 weeks

Went there today for a haircut. Asked to get number two on the sides with only a little bit off the top.My exact words was just a very little bit off the top, the top of my hair is nearly as short as the sidesI would’ve complained at the store, but there was a group of them and just having a chat as they were cutting my hair about outside issues.The lady cutting my hair didn’t seem very interested in what she was doing at all, didn’t ask me if I was happy at the end of it just said there you go.I honestly could’ve done a better job at home with a pair of clippers.

Haircut was very obviously uneven. I didn't go back to get it fixed because I didn't trust them. Had to ask a friend who's a hairdresser to even it for me and ended up with much shorter hair than it needed to be as a result.
