Melbourne Pathology Chelsea

If I could give no stars I would. Very rude pathologist- did not even greet me or introduce herself. Told me that my blood test would not be accurate because I hadn’t fasted for EXACTLY 12 hours for a routine blood test. Unpleasant experience and I would definitely not go back there. Working as a Registered Nurse and knowing healthcares values, this was below minimum standard.

I have very bad experience! Very rude staff with zero human value. Should be ashamed of their self!!

Lovely ladies running the clinic and very friendly but the issue is they are very talkative.They take something that should take a few minutes and increase it dramatically by small talk.It is enjoyable and as previously mentioned they are lovely ladies, however, this causes a larger than needed waiting time when they will continue to chat with patients in the room even after drawing the samples and causing a build up of people waiting in the waiting room longer than they need to.When there is no-one else waiting chat is fantastic but it is not that fair on other people who need to take time away from work and to have the wait time artificially increased.

Waited outside for over an hour for the the lunch break to finish, only to discover the establishment wasn’t open. The hours printed in the window were incorrect. A waste of my time as well as the other people waiting.

First time going to get blood work done so I was unsure of how I go about making an appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude and kept snapping that's it's just walk in which I was confused considering that I thought appointments needed to be made due to fasting, etc. And she kept acting like I should have already known even when I apologised and even ended the phone call with Fine whatever" when I said I was going to go through somewhere else (obviously from being made uncomfortable from her attitude)"

Donna, the nurse, is very kind and efficient. :) No waiting, easy parking, and in/out quickly. I'll go there again if I need anymore testing done.

Went there once, played on my phone in the waiting room. Donna was nice, i left the oven on at home and i stubbed my toe on the way out bakers delight once… this is why i like donna, great guy.

Visited MP Chelsea for my pregnancy GTT.Donna did my test and she was lovely. Great conversation and company.No one goes to Pathology for a good time, so it was nice to be welcomed by such a nice person.
