Tried to order online for my second time ever order was canceled no explanation given and when contacted customer support super rude saying it’s because of a “fraud reason” then transfer me over to another person without letting me know in which he says sorry I will investigate why your order was canceled and he continues to tell me my card has been used for 7 other orders in which it hadent (this was checked with my bank) so when I have told him this he tells me sorry I I will look into it comes back and tells me that they got it confused and that he’s just finding out from another team on why. Literally 5 minutes after this he ended chat with no explanation. Seems to me they just dont wanna do their jobs so they try and come up with whatever they can on the spot.

Worst experience to get a $2 Vegemite coin on the day of release , when I ask do you have any of the new Vegemite coins , I don’t have any in my till spoken rudely, it’s like I’m a criminal for asking . There were another 3 tills in the fast lane unattended by staff and No customers behind me would have been easy to have a look in other tills for coins.

Had a young girl by the name of Brook put our shopping through the checkout and I have never had somebody pack our groceries the way she did. A lot of care and stacked ever so perfect was a pleasure to see someone of the younger generation show so much pride in what she did.Ps I do not know Brook personally 8/4/2023

It's reasonable but staff aren't very welcoming. A little messy with product on the floors, making it difficult to get around isle's.
