I couldn’t recommend an RE any higher in Darwin. I was looked after SO well by Lee-Ann, Amanda and the team for several years as a tenant and they always went above and beyond for me. Always prompt responses and solutions. That’s why I had to choose them when I became a homeowner. I had to ‘dump and run’ a property on them, handing them keys to a property they did an incredible job with to get on the rental market. They really look after both landlords and tenants. HIGHLY recommend.

Amanda is a great property manager. She is meticulous and proactive in solving any issues pertaining to my property. Her vast contacts and efficiency with her research has recently resolved a complicated issue (within a week) that was not resolved by previous property manager which had prolonged for over a year. I would definitely recommend my friends to Advanced Residential!

Easy to deal with. Always quick of the mark to have repairs fix with no fuss. Communication is a very high standard. When you speak to people in the office they are always cheerful and happy and they do answer phones, not like other rental firms. Happy to deal with these people.

what pleasure to deal with, Lee-Ann, Amanda and the team have been fantastic when it has come to our investment property, all I did was dropped the keys off to their office(they did offer to pick up) and they took care of the rest, will defiantly continue to use in the future and highly recommend Advanced Residential!
