I bought chicken burgers here today and had to throw them out.Tasted like acid contamination. Burnt my tongue in first bite. The foods in the hot section are sometimes dry, and overcooked.Looking for consistency, not haphazard, cooking.

We had a turkey delivered on Christmas Eve and would highly recommend Poultry Creations - awesome service and so easy to order online. The delivery was so much better than hunting around various locations in the lead up to Christmas (which we have done before). But most of all, the quality! The Numurkah Turkey was outstanding and it will be at the top of our list for Christmases to come.

Bought $35 worth of chicken and it was spoilt two days later. Grey and stench of sulfur. It was kept refrigerated too. Won't be back here..clearly not very fresh. Service is friendly though.

These guys are purveyors of fine poultry. We regularly buy chicken Kievs, schnitzel and gluten free cooked chooks (suitable for my daughter who is on a fodmap diet). We have always been happy with their friendly service, price and quality. But today they stepped up and saved our Christmas. As we are busy cleaning up after renovating our kitchen and preparing for Christmas we totally forgot to pick up the turkey we ordered. Thankfully the friendly staff rang to remind us and consequently saved our Christmas.

Shocked at the price increase of some items in this shop. I am always happy to accept reasonable increases but greed is definitely happening here. There are many chicken shops, I will not be returning to this one.

Manager/owner (white, young guy with hat on), is always very very rude whenever I go there. Least he can do is smile and be pleasant. If he doesn’t like his job then don’t show up. Or don’t serve customers.To make it worse, meet goes off like after a day. All the time!!
