Terrible service - completely messed up my drive through order. Got 2 supercharged nuggets in never ordered at $19.90! Then never got the Coleslaw ordered and paid for! Total bill $51.25. Not likely to go there again.

For context the qld floods are happening. I called ahead to ask if the store had any supply issues. They said yes, no chips, no potato, plenty of chicken products. They had to shut down the app and close their drive through. Apparently too many people were getting frustrated ".Those frustrated people should just be happy that they could get any kfc. Ours was very tasty even without chips!! The staff were friendly and helpful under difficult circumstances. A little bit of consideration goes a long way."

Kids were bugging me for kfc so I gave in. Went in the drivethou first thing I noticed was a sandwich board in the driveway with sold out of freezes, proceed to speakerphone and place order only to be told they sold out of hot and spicy chicken (this is at 5:20pm), I asked if they could cook some and had a rude reply of; I guess we could cook some but you will have to wait 30mins. I canceled the order and left only to get a attitude from the server. The store is poorly managed and has kids teaching kids do not recommend this place.

Ordered a mixed feast right on lunchtime & was lucky enough to receive freshly cooked hot chips in the order. Wasn't so lucky with the chicken pieces though, of the 4 included 1 was a wing & another was the tiniest chicken breast I've ever seen, not much bigger than a nugget. I understand that wings are included in boxed meals but don't make half of the box from the smallest pieces you have on hand. No napkins or moist towels in the bag, do you need to ask for these now?

Big shout out the young man working the drive through this morning, I had a massive hangry melt down, I was rude & unreasonable and his professionalism never wavered. Problem solving skills we're immaculate, he was polite and couldn't do enough to defuse the situation. Excellent customer service.

What a terrible customer experience, ordered two 2 piece original and chips, open up the meal to find a couple of shrivelled up greasy wings. Took it back to the very junior staff only to be told that is the standard for that order!!. My husbands chips were soggy and cold and he couldn't eat them!! Message to owner, pick up your act!!!

we went through the drive thru and ordering, paying and getting our food was probably only 3 minutes. we got ~3 meals too. it was all hot, tasted amazing and nothing was forgotten. we got all really nice pieces of chicken too

They ran out of chicken at KFCFire the manager and get someone in who knows what they are doing.I am sure that everyone is sick of being abused for the poor management skills.Hopeless completely hopeless

- Contrary to other reviews -This is one of the best KFC’s I’ve been to. My partner and I ordered a decent amount of food and were only in the drive through for less than 3 minutes total.Customer service was quick and professional.Chicken was cooked very well and the chips too.Nothing was missing out of our meals and I have to compliment whoever packed my 5 piece box. That was the best range of chicken pieces I’ve gotten.Definitely a KFC experience I wish I could get everywhere. Well done KFC Biloela.
