I highly recommend MP XTREME. I took my 2004 Ford Focus to be fixed. Mark was very professional and helpful. He straight away called the mechanic doing the RWC to make sure he knows exactly what needs fixing as I myself was not sure. Once he talked to the other mechanic, he told me the exact price it will cost, which was very affordable. The car was ready for pick up the next day! This was really quick. Also, someone else from the team gave me a ride home when I left my car with them to save me from paying taxi fees, which was really kind. I will go to them if I ever needed to.

We have used MPExtreme in the past and had a good experience with them, but the most recent and final experience was woeful. It took Mark over 6 weeks to provide a quote to repair a car, at no point asking for any money for the time to quote. We followed up multiple times and was promised the end of the day which came and went with no results. Rang up today and asked for a parts list to repair, and was rudely spoken to again at no point was a price discussed for the time. There is no reason to speak to someone the way i was spoken to. For clarity and transparency we would have been more then happy to pay for the time to quote had it been discussed. 0/5 for communication
