A bit sadApple have removed most of the ability of their resellers to interact properly with their customers. Including this guyWd have bought a Mac from this shop if it could have serviced it.But they're not given the autonomy to provide you with the service they'd like toSo Apple force you to deal with Big BrotherI hate it and would rather deal with the local shop. So I don't use some except where I have to. I'm a bit locked into Mac's, but otherwise use Android products

James provides an honest, straight forward service backed by solid technical expertise.Like many of his customers I suspect, I went in there stressed because my machine had died and I needed a solution STAT. James is calm and communicates clearly and laid out a very balanced opinion regarding my options.I ended up buying a new machine from him with some of the darn adaptors Apple have us buy and the price is the same as I could find online. He then took care of wiping my old machine's hard drive and responsibly disposed of it for me.James is generous with his time and has been in the past when I didn't purchase anything too. For me it feels like getting the word on Apple, but from a third party who is not Apple".So glad this shop is in my neighbourhood!"
