I went in to just get my natural nails painted. Seemed all well and good until she finished my nails and I found that she put nail polish outside my nails and made no attempt to fix it, also left 2 of my nails full of imprints where it looks like the polish was scratched and then just sealed in with top coat, my nails are also basically glued to my skin

Honestly the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Don’t bother wasting your money, terrible customer service, Very unhygienic and they just rush everything and don’t do a good job. Save your money!

ExpensiveMeanAnd half an hour later and my nail started chipping, which is really upsetting because I’m a student so when I spend money on nails I want them to be done wellForgot the mention that the lady doing my nails made me out my hand on top of the lamp and I was trying to keep my hand still but since I was on such and unstable surface I kept moving she then proceeded to get mad at me and said “omg if you keep moving I’m not going to be able to do it”. This made me upset and uncomfortable.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and nail service. I asked for a simple French polish on my toes. My nails were reshaped horrendously! The French tips were so uneven and when asked if I was okay with that I said, politely, no can you please reshape them evenly and French tip them evenly. She did it again and it was still horrendous. I was told it’s the shape of my toes. I will NOT be going here again. Don’t waste your time. After all of that, I was still charged $32. DISGUSTING!!!!

I guess it pays to check reviews before walking into this salon. I had a standard set of acrylic nails was charged $10 more that was stated on their price board and let me make it clear I had no extra service. Wasn't even offered a drink either though they have complimentary drinks but those two things were minor compared to how she shaped my nail it was uneven one side or my nails were either longer or short and it was just sloppy. I went home and reshaped my own nails and will definitely not be using this salon ever again

I got a full set of acrylics today and I asked for sharp square for nails. These just don’t look right. Not even two of these nails look somewhat the same and the lady who did my nails filed into my skin and it hurt so badly, She did that twice to the same finger.they also look grown out because she put the acrylic and polish so far away from the skin. They were friendly but not providing a good service.

WORSE PEDICURE, DIDNT SMOOTH THE SKIN AND THE PAINT JOB WAS TERRIBLE AND SO FAR FROM CUTICLES, HAD TO REMOVE NEXT DAY AS I WAS EMBARRASED TO SHOW MY TOES.4 WEEKS LATER IVE TRIED DIFFERENT PERSON MY ACRYLIC PAINT JOB WAS TERRIBLE, THEY WOULDNT DO COFFIN SHAPE EITHER SAYING MY NAIL WAS TOO SHORT? WORSE EVER!!!
