They tried to over charge me by $5 for a regular salad bowl by telling me they had gone up. They actually went up for 85 cents but the boards hadn't been changed to reflect the new pricing.

Got in from a 6 hr drive. Got there at 8.35. They close at 9. They said we're too lazy to serve you because we had to work hard today. Spare the poor souls the work" and take your business to someone that wants it."

I think they need to employee more staff who have customer service skills or the ability to have an attention span longer than a gold fish. Within two minutes the same girl asked me three times did I want cheese, three times I said YES! and twice asked me what I wanted.

Called restaurant in regards to missing items for delivery. staffwere unsure how to respond, swapping between the two people my options were pick the items up or a refund, which is reasonable however, After I told them i was working and unable to go in to pick the items, they apologised but immediately hung up on me with no resolutionIn the background I heard the two commenting about that they had forgotten the items and that they didn’t know what to do as the person had to leave to go home yeah I’ve been there, but no resolution made at all.I feel like these two staff members were just unfortunately too inexperienced or untrained with how to do it

Only one girl, a trainee, in the shop. Alone. At 4:30pm. Poor girl was under pressure with customers & Uber drivers waiting but managed exceptionally well. Completely unacceptable, from a safety and customer service perspective, for this poor girl to be alone. She was amazing but Subway management should be ASHAMED to allow this to happen.I’d give 0 stars if I could.Disgraceful by Subway management.

Typical millennial. Food all still in the display cabinet. Had not started clean down and told us that she closed 6 minutes ago. Bet the owner would love this. Don't bother going they are not interested in serving you.

The owners of this store should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for the situation they are placing their staff in. The girls were trying their best on a busy Sunday with lots of holiday traffic. No senior manager or more experienced staff member there to support. The owners should be there themselves. Utterly disgraceful way to treat your staff, in contempt of their health and safety. I’m sure they’re saving money paying young trainees on a Sunday - they deserve at least double.

HYGEINE IS NON EXISTENT. Hands down most disgusting subway. Hard cookies, tuna has all kinds of stuff through it, staff think whipping knifes all over their apron that’s covered in other stuff is ok. Workers seem like they’re on crack and management is clearly cheapest of cheap. $46 for trash.

Very disappointed, incompetent staff and manager couldn’t even work with me to resolve the issue. How hard is it to communicate with a customer very disappointed or never ever come here again I do not recommend at all. :))
