EB Games - Port Pirie

Had a full booster box with 3 packs taken out of it and a stack next to the box of lost origin, asked if they had a sealed box to purchase, they didn't but lead us to believe this was a newly opened box anyway, purchased 30 of the packs and got absolutely nothing, less then a handful of holos, even though a sealed box has a certain amount of guaranteed pulls there was nothing. It was pretty obvious the box had been gone through and taken anything decent out, why else open a new box when you have a whole stack of unsold packs. I understand its the risk you take when purchasing unsealed product but absolutely unethical behaviour and could've been honest about what we were purchasing.

Long time shopper, staff has always been excellent and willing to help.Big selection of games and game related items, I always love just going in to look at the little Nic nacs they have in stock.Always been good with after sale support as well, they want you to be happy with your purchase, and they want you to keep coming back

Not a bad store, the staff are friendly and always willing to help. The pre-owned section is very small compared to other eb stores which is a disappointment but it's not the staffs fault. They seem to have a larger selection of tablets and phones on hand than others. Would be nice if the opening hours were longer on weekends.

Just went into ebgames and got 1 pack of lost origin cards and I got two really good hollos!!! Thanks again!!

Friendly staff if you buy a game and you not happy playing it you can return it within 7days , witch I have done in the last few weeks

EB games, port pirie, is a great place to browse. Unfortunately, mr 10yo usually gets that something extra for the trip, that is not in the budget. You have to just love the service that you get upon entering.

I recently bought a headset and through no fault of EB Games there was a very rare defect. I phoned the store and spoke to Kristy and she was hands down the nicest person and her customer service was 10/10.I was not after a refund or anything I just wanted to raise the concern to their supplier to help others if it was a known issue.I reselected a new headset and I was so surprised to receive a credit for the original purchase. Thank you so much to the lovely team for handling my queries with such professionalism. I can definitely recommend EB games for not only their great products and service but the after sales, where nothing is too much trouble. Goes to show customer service and respect are alive and well with EB.
