Sophie is genuine, friendly & professional in what she does. She is an expertise that goes above & beyond! I’ve been seeing Sophie weekly for the past few months and she has helped alleviate pain & tension in my back/ neck.She’s highly knowledgeable & has helped me understand the root of the pain, as well as providing me with ongoing stretches/ exercises to do on my own.The quality of service is amazing and I’d recommend her to anyone!!!

Sophie is amazing at what she does. As a long distance runner finding her has been god send! She's always my first point of call after a race or a hard training session to help get the knots out of my legs! Sophie is passionate about what she does and it truely shows in her level of service in that she not only helps with the immediate symptoms but also teaches methods (stretches, warmups, where to massage etc.) to help for next time!

I have found Sophie's Active Health Massage Therapies when needing help with sore back. Looking at the reviews from other patients, I was pretty confident this will be a good fit but when I met her, I must say, Sophie is a super human! She has an endless knowledge of a human body and how to best treat it and she continues to lear more techniques; she is very empathetic and treats each patient with kindness and respect. I have found the best therapist and I will keep coming back!

My wife recommend Sophie to me.I had severe lower back and kidney pain resulting from a bulged disc.Sophie was very informative. She relieved my pain at the time and also gave me a set of exercises that have helped in managing my injury. I still incorporate these exercises into my regular fitness routine, just to keep my lower back and joints supple.
