It was nice working with SYDPHOTOS, we found them last minute because we were not aware of so many things that needed to be done before the wedding. I really would like to thank Chris he was so helpful and would surely recommend him to someone. The make up artist really I was so anxious about having my make up done and turning out to be not what I expected, the make up was amazing and did a really good job especially for my skin tone. The videgrapher and Chris as well did a good job with the photos and videos. Thank you once again it was a pleasure doing business with you.

We had Sydphotos as our official photographer for our pre-wedding Engagement Shoot and Wedding Ceremony and that is something we will be forever grateful. The photographers and videographers are very well mannered and professional. They respond very quickly, listens to all concerns and suggestions, and provided photos and videos that are truly stunning. We had Chris as our lead photographer and the photos are so special and something we will cherish for a long time. They know how to capture the perfect moment. We also took the service of their make up artists and they really showed their talent by giving the best hair and make up look for myself, my family and my entourage. I love how the photographers also knows the perfect shot and angle. We are so impressed by how they communicate to their clients to bring out the best outcome and their amazing work ethics to us.We truly admire Sydphotos as the people and their craft are such a blessing to me and my husband ♥️ We recommend their service as they are really the BEST!

Very satisfied with all the services, starting from package deals, make up, photo results, retouched photos and photo album. Lots of wedding dress and tuxedos. But, if there are more newer options would be more wonderful.

I do not know why people will recommend Sydphotos. I saw people giving bad reviews for them and the company replied saying that they are not their customers. However, I am speaking from my own experience. I am also attaching evidences that I am their customer and I am really disappointed with their services. If I can give minus star, I will!We booked the company for church & reception decoration + wedding planner. Our wedding was on 21.02.2021. Their service is expensive, so we expect professional services from them. However, you could see that the wedding run down that Michelle created was not even detail and I had to redo everything.On the wedding day, Michelle came late to the church stating the reason that she could not find a parking spot. Our holy matrimony got delayed because the decoration started only around 4.30 pm and our holy matrimony supposed to start at 4.45 pm. Michele should have surveyed the location before the wedding day. This proved that this company did not take our wedding seriously. Michelle also did not decorate the bride & groom's chairs even though it is in the decoration package.She again came late to our reception. The funny thing, our welcome sign arrived super late. All guests were already sitting inside. Place cards were put 10 mins before reception started. ALL GUESTS WERE ALREADY SITTING INSIDE. if you agreed to help us, you should have been professional in doing that. It's our wedding. Imagine that it's your wedding.Michele supposed to play our bridal marching songs. She came late and suddenly Chris showed up, out of nowhere to inform us. Reception would start in 10 mins. Chris did not join our technical meeting. My husband had to show him which songs to play. WORST EVER! THE BRIDAL MARCHING SONGS WERE MIXED UP WITH BACKGROUND SONGS PLAYED FROM SPOTIFY. OUR BRIDAL MARCHING WAS A BIG MESS!There are so many problems with this company. The cake table was not decorated. Michelle told us that she brought a nice cake stand. Is cake stand the only decoration you will do on the cake table? Do we pay $100 for cake stand only??? The cake stand was not used because according to my husband & the cake supplier, the cake stand was NOT STABLE at all and the cake would fall down.We also paid for photobooth (a flower arch) to be placed at one corner for our guests to take photos before & after reception. Guess what? Chris decided to merge the arch with our backdrop (behind the bridal table) saying that the wall was too dark and it did not go nice with the flower arch. You should have surveyed the location before the wedding day. Photobooth was extra not part of backdrop.After all we complained to Michelle, she did not even feel sorry and she kept giving excuses to justify for her mistakes. Job is a job. We also paid you. Service was not free. Why did you treat us like this? Wedding is once in a lifetime and your company ruined our happy day.We would report them to Fair Trading Australia for the unprofessional services.Dear friends, I urge you to be careful with this company. Once they took your money, they are very hard to deal with.Dear Sydphotos, you failed to deliver professional services, you should have compensated us. We emailed you last week and until today, you did not reply us at all.Don't you dare to reply that I am not your customer because I have all the proofs.

Had my pre-wedding shooting in Sydney last December and I'm glad we choose SYDPHOTOS. All the soft copies were send to us and the album quality is very good as well. All my guest and family were amazed by our photos. Our makeup artist and photographer for the pre-wedding shooting are Taiwanese and they are super duper friendly and we had a lot of fun taking the photo shooting.

Loved it.This place is exceptional, the photographer has a high level of professionalism and was very patient throughout the entire photoshoot. He listened to my concerns, then gave me tips & advices to help me pose in photos. Amazing experience from selecting pictures to editing them, then follow ups. 10/10 recommend this place and will definitely come back again for my wedding pictures.
