Ok for a quick grab if you need a box of colour or conditioner but I wouldn’t get my shop supplies from here. Missing a lot of good brands especially in the men’s range.

Incredibly rude owner, limited range and average prices. I only ever go here when S.A. is out of what im after and I always regret it. The female owner has a real chip on her shoulder and makes you feel like an inconvenience just being there. I wont make the mistake of going back again

I Ordered a idem to be delivered, and they forget to put my unit, on the box was only the building address and thepostman obviously didn’t know where to delivery it ( building have 20 unit ). I send them a email asking to double check the address for me, and they never coming back to me just today after I write them all. That’s was my experience .Package and idem perfect. Only reason why I put 2 stars and not 1.

Love coming here :) prices are great and plenty of selection! The staff can be a bit standoff ish but I like to just browse without someone breathing down my neck anyways! Offer discount for trade qualified stylists or beauticians :)

Yesterday early in the morning went to the shop for the first time. It was only one young cheerful girl in the store, she was helpful but not pushy. Great experience, the place is well stoked and the staff lovely. I will return

I went to Beautopia yesterday thinking I would need to buy a warm brown dye to cover my over-toned ashy brown hair that was shining green. The owner/staff member asked if I needed help and suggested that I instead get the DeLorenzo Nova colour shampoo in brunette and it has been perfect! It’s just what I’m after and I’m so grateful for her friendly advice. This shop is a hidden treasure in the city and I recommend 100%.

Faulty item was sent which injured my client when contacting them they didn’t care . Would never purchase anything from this group again absolutely appalling ro try and her a refund would not be worth my time or stress dealing with companies like this . I wish them luck but I will be ensuring to spread the good word

Wheelchair accessible - but bit hard to navigate in store due to so much stock on the floor blocking aisles. In any case, lovely staff happy to help as always! Just need to know what you’re going there as you can’t really browse.

Absolutely appalling customer service. They could not be bothered serving you and god forbid you ask a question about a product! Useless girl behind the counter who looked at me like an alien when I asked for her recommendation on a product. The range of products available isn’t even worth the trip on top of the customer service.
