Paw to the Floor

Rachel and her team are great - they walk my two spoodles a couple of times a week. It's obvious how much the dogs love their walks and their walkers. And the walkers often put up Facebook photos of the dogs on their walks, which I love seeing while I'm at work as I can see what a wonderful time they are having. Also, the online booking system is great, especially for people like me who have constantly changing work commitments and need to change the regular walk schedule quite often. Basically, I couldn't recommend Rachel and the team highly enough.

Rachel and team are fantastic. Our dog has been looked after by them for around a year and she loves the team. We had an unexpected event tonight - swarming bees - and Rachel easily arranged for our dog to stay the night with her. Really caring, really reliable and really appreciate it!

Rachel is professional, friendly, and reliable. I feel confident leaving my dog with her and her team for both long and short term stays. Best of all-our pup loves his time at Paw to the Floor and we get regular update on Facebook.

Rachel and her team at PTTF are amazing. My dog Lexi loves her walks with them and they take such great care of all the fur babies. I recommend them to take care of your pets. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We’ve being using Rachel and the PTTF team for dog walks and over night stays for the last 2 and a half years. Our dog has anxiety and the whole team have been amazing at understanding her needs. When we are at work we get updates on our dogs adventures via Facebook, it’s great to see where she’s been and who she hangs out with.The online booking portal is super easy to use. Would highly recommend!

Although I am not a customer of Paw to the Floor Pet Services, I just wanted to comment how greatly impressed I am with Juliana (AKA dog whisperer). She is very caring with all of her companions at the doggy park and they all love her. My dog especially has come to know her and responds to her presence well. If anyone needs a doggy walker I would highly recommend her.

Rachel and The Paw to the Floor Crew have been walking and boarding my west highland terrier Bella for about 6 years and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Professional, reliable and they provide an extremely high level of love and care for the dogs. I think they are awesome and Bella loves them! We couldn’t do without them!

Rachel, Shelley and the team at PTTF are simply the best! Hugo gets so excited when Shelley comes to collect him and he knows he’s in for a fun filled, exciting day with his canine pals. Recently, Hugo spent 10 days boarding with Rachel and while I was on holiday and I could tell by the photos and videos posted on line that he was having the best time and was so well loved that didn’t miss me at all. In fact he missed Rachel when he came home-so as I had to go away again quickly Hugo was lucky and he returned!I would recommend Rachel and the PTTF team for day care, walks and boarding as they truly love your dogs as their own, dogs love them and you can trust they’ll be safe and extremely well looked after as well.

My dog Ralf couldn't be happier every time he goes walking with PTTF. Each staff member showers him with care and attention and have done for the past 6 years he has been walked by the team I can't recommend them enough.

We have been with PTTF for about a year. They are an excellent service and I can't recommend them highly enough. Rachel and her team are so professional. They are flexible, reliable and communicate clearly. Their online booking system is so convenient and it is easy to use too. Our dog Codi always has the best days on his group walks and previously at daycare. The photos I see of him on facebook make me so happy. I am constantly amazed with how BIG his SMILE is. He literally is smiling and having fun in every photo. It's the best knowing that you can go to work and all your furbabies needs are being met. Thank you for your service PTTF you guys are the best!!
