Dan & the team did a spectacular (& delicious) job of catering our wedding. No easy feat with 120 people including grazing table, mains of the MOST delicious slow cooked meats + sides, and desserts. Plus being from farming background our family has very high meat standards which were well and truly met (even exceeded)! Also friends that had special dietary requirements were pleasantly surprised and loved the quality & variety of their meals. They did such a stellar job my cousin also used them for their wedding. From set up to pack down, they were incredible and beautiful people that really added something extra special to our beautiful day. If you love incredible food, people that make stress disappear, can work in any location, and make everything better just by being a part of it - these are the caterers for you.

We couldn’t have loved Slow Beans and Bones more. Daniel and his team were relaxed and professional, creating the most amazing feast for our wedding. Daniel was wonderful to work with and his food is both visually gorgeous and incredibly tasty.

We had Slow Beans and Bones cater our wedding last November and were so happy with everything! From first contact, quote, to quality of the food served we certainly would recommend them to anyone hosting an event. We had shared plates of meat and vegetable slowed cooked to perfect. Slow Beans & Bones really made our wedding day! Dan’s set up creates such a fun and interesting atmosphere with his fire cooking and groovy little kitchen trailer. The whole team brought a calm vibe to our day, and all our friends and family loved watching them prepare our feast!We love that they use real, whole food and make everything from scratch. The smoked meat was cooked to perfection, the buried pumpkins were amazing and the fennel and orange salad was the perfect fresh addition. I can definitely recommend Slow Beans & Bones as the best caterers I have ever come across!

Dan and his team did an exceptional job with the catering for my wedding. Meat was delicious and everyone could not stop talking about the potato's and Brussels sprouts.Dan catered to dietary requirements and went above and beyond with helping behind the scenes.

Daniel went above and beyond for us, he travelled over 400km to our property and cater our wedding! Daniel was able to make all the food Gluten free which was absolutely AMAZING being a coeliac it was so nice not having to worry about what I could and couldn’t eat at my own wedding! Our guests still rave about the food even after 6mths after the wedding. Our guests got to see the food being cooked on the open fire and they loved seeing that.I highly recommend Slow Beans and Bones for your wedding if you want your guests to be raving about the food long after the wedding.

Can’t rate the food and service highly enough - catered for my daughter’s wedding, provided cutlery and crockery, and the food was amazing! The meats were wonderful and the veggie and other dietary requirements options were equally delicious. As for the grazing tables after the ceremony - perfect! Sorry no photos yet, but we highly recommend Dan and his company.
