Highly recommended not contacting this guy. Stuffed around with times them couldn't even show up to give a quote. Not worth the time

Graham happened to break up and dry grind asbestos sheeting in our home. As a registered builder he has a duty of care to inform owners of this, particularly when there are children involved. As a result, we have all be exposed to fine asbestos fibres which can cause the fatal mesothelioma. A fine white dust was everywhere and no cleaning was undertaken. Very distressing and he was unable to be contacted afterwards.

Graham from Inside Out Renovations on the Sunshine Coast erected some stud walls at my house and it was extremely poor quality work which did not meet building regulations. He has built the wall over tiles and carpet even though he was told that these were going to be removed. I attempted to contact him to rectify the situation but never got a response. I have had to have it demolished and rebuilt at my expense. All of the other trades who have seen it have all commented on how bad the work was completed. Incredibly disappointing. Beware!! This has cost me about $5000 by the time I paid for the work to be pulled down. I’ve included photos to remind Graham of his dodgy work and hope he doesn’t do this to anyone else. We paid his invoice and this should be refunded.

Just had Graham from Inside out renovations, renovate my bathroom and ensuite. What a fantastic job he has done. Nothing was too much trouble, punctual, friendly with great advice. So easy to work with and great workmanship and great crew. I would highly recommend him, we are super pleased with his work.

We got Graham Cooper from Insideout renovations recommended by Highgrove Bathrooms on the Sunshine Coast. We got a couple of quotes to do our ensuite and our guest ensuite, and selected him.Graham did an excellent job, given that nothing is straight in our 1886 Queenslander, he had to be innovative on the fly. He came up with some great suggestions and out of the box thinking, and we are extremely happy with the end result.His building skills are solid, he has a fixed set of tradesmen that work closely with him (electrician, plumber, waterproofing), and his tiling skills are exceptional.We can highly recommend his work!Note: when you google Insideoutrenovations a couple of companies pop up, this is Graham from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
