Great service and great prices. We were stranded in Mt Isa. The friendly team went above and beyond to collect us from town and rent us a Colorado 4wd so that we could visit our daughter at a remote community. Can't thank them enough. Will definitely use them again when we are back in town.

Hired a car for our trip with 2 children aged 19 months and 2 months. Discussed on the phone about car seat requirements and then checked again by phone 2 days before our trip to make sure everything was ok. When we arrived at 6pm someone showed up with the car and my husband had to install the car seats himself. The car seat for our 2 month old had no head support therefore extremely dangerous for her age. Told nothing could be done as the office was shut. Left a message and no one called us back the entire 4 days of our trip. Luckily we had a friend we could borrow a car seat from otherwise we couldn’t use our car. So disappointing. If they told us they had nothing appropriate we would have brought our own

Highly recommend 1300 Meteor for their excellent service. Booking and organising our truck with Tanisha was an easy process as well as picking up the truck on the day. After arriving late in returning our truck Alison the branch manager willingly stayed open for us and awaited our return with no dramas at all! We are very appreciative of her understanding our moving situation. Affordable and reasonable prices, way cheaper than using a removalist.
