Winning Appliances Taren Point

My experience with Appliancesonline/Winnings was entirely positive. I recommend them to anyone interested in first class service and competitive pricing.

Second time in this store and second time we have experienced very poor customer service. Pathetic actually. We had a very specific request as to a tap we were interested in, were shown something of the opposite. We then pointed out one which met our specifications and asked why we were not shown this one to which the reply was it wasn't great quality. That's great, but why sell it? The sales person was quite rude with no response when we wished him a good day. All good, we bought what we wanted plus more down the road. Maybe don't be so judgemental next time based on someone's appearance.

Good at selling, full stop. They don't answer calls when messages are left.They are rude when you ask them if they can help you. They don't answer emails.

This Winning's Taren Point retail branch is an embarrassment to the industry, we can honestly say they delivered the worst retail experience we have ever encountered. Additional items on our Purchase Order failed to be delivered, took 4 months to receive one item and even as I write this post we are still waiting on a second - We are only receiving these purchased items due to repeated telephone calls and actual face to face visits to their office - We were repeatedly transferred to staff desks who were holiday, VM's were never returned, was a complete nightmare dealing with this Taren Point branch...We are now in the process of reporting to Dept. of Fair Trading, avoid at all costs!!!

We are very pleased with the service, advice and prices that Winning Appliances offered. They priced matched every item ensuring we got the best price possible, however I have to say the most outstanding part was the service which Kevin Roweth provided us on the day and post purchase. This is how a business should be run, well done!

The service was quite terrible. Awfully rude without an efficiency of any kind to excuse such behaviour. Each time they were called, there was another dynamic of foulness- like the first time calling, there was this arrogant and rude energy full on display, the second time the operator was aggressive and flat out rude as well. There were other calls- and all were terrible in their own unique way. The website interface is also quite bad. In my case I used winnings to purchase intergrated fridges. The site said free installation but integrated apparently costs. Makes sense, but it literally said free installation on the invoice. It was the pop up when I was purchasing it too. I was told it was clearly stated on the website- well it wasn’t. I couldn’t find it at least. Then the worst of it all: I said ‘okay, I would like to pay for the installation’. They said they’d get back to me, and they haven’t. It’s been a whole year, I’ve called them 4 times asking about this, to no call-back. I don’t even think they packed the kit needed for the doors. Gee thanks Winnings. A most foul company, employing horrible people. I suppose you need a background of evil to be employed here, to the dismay of buyers. Don’t recommend.

Alex has delivered to us several times over the last few years and as always, he was punctual, communicative and happy to go the extra mile to help the customer. I used to buy from BingLee and GoodGuys to save a few dollars but now I only use Winnings at Taren Point for the streamlined service. I just found out they price match too which is a bonus

Tremendous customer service and all done with a smile. We received our 3 items 4 days later on the day that we had asked for the delivery. The delivery was done with notification by text messages and a phone call and all brought into the house as we had requested. Also done with a smile..Highly recommend Winnings at Taren Point.

Fantastic service and advice. Maria in particularly was very helpful and her knowledge was excellent. Price matched with no problem or fuss.

Kevin made replacing my nan’s fridge a breeze and went out of his way to make sure her new fridge was as similar as possible to her old one that she had for atleast 20 years. Will definitely be returning for future purchases. The service provided definitely exceeded our expectations and my nan is so happy with how easy he made the whole experience for her.
