Truffaux - Superb Hat Store
What a great store!We happened to be walking past the store in Olinda and popped in to have a look. The atmosphere of this little shop was warm and welcoming. Great music was playing and Anna (the shop keeper) was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is an incredible range of hats to choose from and I think we tried on most of them. If it wasn't for the need to meet people we could have spent hours in there. Truffaux is definitely worth a visit if you're in Olinda.

Not just a Panama Hat shop. If you're a lover of Flatcaps this is the place for you!A great variety including Mucros of Ireland which is my favourite brand.Oska is simply amazing...Friendly, Enthusiastic and Extremely knowledgeable in all things hat related.Despite opening late today lol he proceeded to fit an elderly gentleman with a lovely felt hat for his 80th birthday..Happy Birthday Ron!...whilst I rummaged through the caps, trying various ones on and generally making a mess!Not an issue according to Oska he then helped me with some colour choices and styles.I settled on a Kerry Pub Cap....my favourite... and a Rat Catcher he suggested.Could not be more impressed with the experience will definitely be back....perhaps to try a Panama!

I love hats. I have been to a ton of hat shops in my life. Trufflaux is not just a hot shop, it's a pleasurable experience. They carry a wide range of hats along with a focused selection of panama hats. I had a great time trying on and selecting the right panama. Anna provided both an affirming opinion and cheerful attitude. Once I settled on what I wanted she personally fitted, shaped, and feathered my panama to achieve just the right classy and playful look. Thank you for such a nice experience. I will be back.

Truffaux - Superb Hat Store
I brought my first Charmer some twelve years ago and I rarely went out of the house without it, winter, spring summer and autumn. Most everybody I met admired it greatly. It has travelled with me on several Mediterranean trips, surviving cramped luggage compartments and all the other hazards that travelling can throw at you… It even survived a dip in a lake at The Botantic gardens, floating majestically after a sudden gust of wind sent it sailing. Though constant use and time has taken its toll, making me decided to purchase a new edition, it will remain ready as a backup over the next twelve years…

Truffaux - Superb Hat Store
Due to my pale skin I burn even my scalp, I have always wanted a Panama hat but did not know where to start. In April 2021 I came across Truffaux Hatmakers. As it was lockdown and me being in Sydney Oska guided me through the process over the phone and a facetime call or two and my hat arrived. I can honestly say I have never purchased a great hat until that day. I get compliments about my hat and my apologies to Oska for not writing a review sooner. I was prompted today when my brother called from Queensland asking where did I get my great hat from. Truffaux of course and although my hat is still in prefect condition today but I feel another purchase coming on.

A great range of hats for a wide range of uses. Oska stocks hat brands that you don't come across in other stores. Oska makes it very easy to find the hat (or in my case - hats) you are after.

We visited Truffaux in Olinda yesterday and had the most wonderful experience. Anna was very helpful and generous with her time, helping me select the perfect Panama hat while making it a very fun and enjoyable experience for both my wife and I. In the end I settled on Morpheus and couldn’t be happier.Thanks for a great afternoon

It's absolutely a pleasure to deal with Truffaux. Their Panama hats are beautiful - I love my King, with remarkable quality for the price. And Oska just will not be happy with your hat until you're more than happy with your hat. Great product, exceptional service. Highly recommended.
