Not being from the area we thought we had driven into the ghetto here- the gardens, surrounding landscape is awful! The girl who took our orders on speaker in drive thru almost seemed annoyed to serve us- not very helpful at all. The food was nice- chips were scorching hot but fresh i suppose.

The service is quick and nice, but the place is filthy. Rubbish and leftovers by customers are seen all over the dining area. This restaurant needs a cleaning attention.

Drive through, asked for extra salt and didn,t get it. Mrs is a very healthy woman but after eating bacon cheese chicken burger, she was violently ill with vomiting and then blacked out. Apart from those things it,s ok. Try at your own risk for us never again. We used to say this was the best kfc outlet around, how wrong we were.

Ordered on the app got a few boxed meals and extra sides, paid $10 for two extra chips and didn’t even get them, when I picked the order up the guy just said everything should be in there didn’t even double check. Tried to call them to get the chips and no answer.

We ordered from menulog. Got no sauce but got extra nuggets and a chocolate mousse, which is nice from them considering they were an hour and a half from closing and I’m assuming would have run out of some products. The chocolate mousse is frozen. The nuggets didn’t taste like chicken and were filled with oil. The chips weren’t fresh, old batch. Chicken tenders were burnt. However the burger was nice.

The chips are always half cooked. Doughy half raw and not crispy at all. Raw potato is gross. The chicken was also doughy and undercooked. And there were no napkins in our drive though order.

Went through the drive through today with the family. Ordered our usual. Get home to sit down to enjoy our hot meal when to unwrap my zinger burger, take a bite and it was cold. Not hot, not warm but cold. Very disappointing. As we watched the staff from the drive through prepare our food they were literally just standing there. No rush, just general chit chat. Slowly hands us our food. Not all if it at first. Kept us waiting for the rest. Worst service for a bunch of young people with poor hospitality service.

Run by what I can only assume is untrained teenagers. Wait in queues for 10 minutes to be told half their menu has a 15 to 20 minute wait but now you stuck in the queue so got to sit it through anyway because their on duty manager can’t work out it might be prudent to throw a sign at the entrance stating delays to people can turn around and leave without being stuck. Went to Maccas across the road instead, was in and out in 2 minutes.

everything in the order was disgusting. i received popcorn chicken instead of wicked wings when i specifically asked for wicked wings. both boxes of chips were, undercooked, soggy, cold and disgusting, looked like they had been sitting out for hours. tried calling the store 8 times and all calls were declined.
