Very rude staff on Strathfield station u guys need to teach them some manner n behaviour

Very rude and not being supportive to local residents. Staff don't have proper business comms skill

If I could post 0 stars I would. I've never been more upset in my life. I was fined for parking in front of my home and was advised that we did not fall under the residential parking scheme. I was advised to try call other councils and see if I fell under their residential parking scheme which makes no sense. I pay my council fees to Strathfield and live in the strathfield area. I am unable to park my car unless I park at least 700 metres away. When I finish work late at night and as there is a local pub in front of my home I do not always feel safe walking home. I just want to park in front of my home however was advised that the only solution was to process a request via email which will then have to go to the rms and other road stakeholders and there was no time frame as to how long the process just to request parking in front of my home was to be. I was pretty much told I deserved the fine I received and that there was no solution. Absolutely no empathy and no solution was found. Unbelievable. The council really does not care for the safety of its residents. I am truly saddened by this reality.

Do not host an event here. Extremely poor service, zero problem solving skills and lack of human empathy when speaking to people.

They really enjoying give us a parking ticket.

They never answer the phone. Even if you leave a message they don’t call you back. What’s the point of having a council that ignores its residents?

Public toilets are a joke

Terrible councilI have not received my notice. They said it was delivered to my email. I ask them if it can be resent to me. But I was told $20.00 fee. What is this ripoff. We are paying the council rates. Still try to charge us for the simple service. I do not think they even deserve one star rating

Current Mayor does not understand exactly what conflict of interest is.Holding public office whilst pleading guilty to breaches council planning and development regulations.
