After my gas lift chair kept sinking, I tried to source an appropriate gas lift strut from a local office supplier but none fitted. I then found Buy Direct Online and they had a suitable one. I was reluctant to buy online but the whole experience was straight forward and the part arrived within two days and the strut fitted beautifully - even a bit higher than the previous unit. Found that when I requested as part of the package that someone build the desk for me, that the service was not available at the time due to COVID. Communication over the matter was fast and resolved in a couple of emails.Refund for that portion of the service was handled that day. Delivery was only a few days after as it was coming straight from a supplier (which was also communicated very clearly). The driver arrived with my desk at around 9:15, gave a call prior to to let me know they were on their way and rough time of arrival.When I was unpacking the boxes, I got confused by one of the manuals for the electronic legs as it looked like it was for the wrong model. Called the driver, and he patiently explained how it worked and why it looked like it belonged elsewhere. Had all the right parts, just need to read all instructions together next time!Fantastic service, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new office desk.

I bought a table-top to go with a desk frame I had bought elsewhere. The website said that the item in stock (which the website said it was) would be sent out in 10 business days. It was not sent until out after I made a phone call.Looking back, I should have complained when I saw the box was damaged on arrival. I did not notice missing bits on the box, probable caused the gouge along the edge of the desk, that I didn't notice until after it was assembled.

Tried to call them multiple times during work hours but no one bothered answering the phone. Don’t buy this product or anything at all from this website.
