Asked the guys there three times if the vaccuumed packed brisket was a full brisket, point and flat for my smoker. Yes they said. I assumed they would know what I was talking about and it weighed about the right weight and cost $100. Got it home and it was two separate pieces... very disappointing. A waste of money and time. They should know what I was talking about.

well since tasman meats sold, price up quality, down didn't even have any normal mince, been shopping there since tasman started, what let down,will not be going back ever
