Had a power surge and found my Daikin split system wouldn't put out cooling even though the on/off light and blades would open, they would close again, i rang Daikin and spoke to a great man called Vaughn...he advised me what to do regarding the main A/C switch and then the inside unit...im so pleased to say that after the wait time that he explained it needed to reset itself...imy unit was up and running with the cold air i so desperately needed due to illness....i was so stressed out and at 10 mins before knock off time this kind young man told me what to do quite simply, before seeking a qualified aircon installer was needed at worst case scenario...l am so thankfull there are people like you Vaughn...thank you so very much and I hope you enjoy your wine as a heartfelt thankyou...kind regards...Debbie

This was the second time we have used Bunbury Ford & Doonan and once again we were delighted with the ducted reverse cycle system that Jeremy and the team designed for our house. It was a challenging space to fit a unit and the installers were very professional and completed the work to an excellent standard. No hesitation in recommending them.

Great service all round. Very pleased with our new a/c system, removed old evaporative and fitted new roof panels. Very neat job done, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
