Fantastic service!!I was so happy with James and the team at the West Ryde pack and send. They kept me informed the whole way throughout the delivery. Even though there was a slight delay on picking up my package because they kept me informed I was able to work around it. Many other postage companies wouldn’t have even mentioned the delay. Honestly, Pack and Send West Ryde really provides excellent services! Stuart is professional, efficient, friendly and always patient to answer all my questions and concerns. Great door to door service, picked up on time and very fast delivery within only 2 business days from NSW to QLD. I can track the whole progress and Stuart kept me posted about the progress at the same time. Everything just went smoothly and all my carton boxes were delivered intactly. I was midflight when i realised i had forgotten an important piece of equipment that was essential for my trip.I had to reschedule my itinerary to accommodate an interstate courier delivery - so the next day would have been suitable for arrival.James ensured my package arrived not only on time but waaaay ahead of schedule and I received up to date confirmation of tracking status of package - phone calls and sms.Delivery was scheduled to arrive 11:53pm, I received a call from reception that it had arrived @11:57pm (not bad at all! - still deserves a 5* review!)Thanks team @ Pack & Send, would definitely recommend your service, but hopefully will never have to again...(no offence intended ;) hehehe

Brilliant work from James at Pack & Send West Ryde. I had to get a laptop and some official documents to my 20 year old daughter in rural Slovakia. It got stuck in Slovak customs and it wasn't until James weaved his magic that is was delivered within hours. He went way above and beyond to monitor the situation and keep us informed of progress. Once the local DHL representatives had given up on chasing Slovak customs it was James who got it going again from here. Simply outstanding service.
