What a perfect example of a motor inn keeping up with todays modern “standards”. Well renovated and very clean! The entire premises is kept very nice and the pool looked very inviting, if only I brought my bathers! A big thank you to the friendly owner for allowing us to check in before 2, we thoroughly enjoyed our night stay!

*Worst customer service ever* The person at reception was very rude, when asked for a general inquiry in regards to the property. He was trying to ridicule and spoke very harshly, mentioning us being mad. The property seemed to be nice in the pictures, which made us book it in the first place but the way of talking of their reception staff, especially with a customer who already booked in with them, wasn’t professional at all. I strongly recommend everyone to consider this before booking with them, as no one would want to spoil their getaway due to someone’s intolerable behaviour.

Super accommodating to our needs and the room was of an excellent standard. Refurbished bathroom, quality fixings within the room itself, great location - all of which works out to be fabulous value for money.

Small; clean; quiet and safe. newly renovated bathroom, fresh and clean, and everything I needed in the room for the night, incl good wifi. Parking available on the property. Conveniently located within walking distance to town. Excellent customer service from the staff, and great recommendation for dinner! And, I loved being able to cool down in the pool after dinner and a walk around town on a balmy summer evening.

I stay here regularly and it is safe clean comfortable and close to shops and restaurants it's not the Hilton with all that implies but truth be told I would rather stay here then a huge concierge hotel its quiet and well managed.

Lovely gem of a place. Comfy beds. Very clean and great staff. Very helpful with recommendations for dinner the restaurant across the road is superb. Already planning a return trip.

I was put off booking this hotel because it didn't look appealing from the outside and it was on a busy road - but I'm so glad I did book (mainly because the price was good and we only needed a one night stay). The location is actually perfect as you can walk into town, there's no traffic noise in the rooms at all, the refurbished rooms are spotless and pleasant, and the owners were very friendly. We'd have happily stayed longer. Wangaratta is also a beautiful country town and we enjoyed looking around the town and its surrounds.
