Not for repairs. At all. Took a deposit- technician works off site, then took another $350 to repair an xs. Returned twice post repairs as phone never worked. Despite being polite and signing a contract the phone would work (and taking all monies), declined to answer all calls. Eventually offered via text a used iPhone 9 for over $400. I basically haemorrhaged over $400 for nothing and got offered a more expensive earlier model phone- over three weeks of “texting” and visits back and forth. Store might be good for a phone case.

I needed to purchase a refurbished phone quickly. First time at the store in Moonee Ponds. Robin spent time, was not dismissive and I feel could be trusted. On another day a technician was equally helpful even if my question was very basic. He phoned her for advice and she answers promptly. Its a pleasure to find good and efficient customer service especially when there are so many confusing options online. Has a 3 month warranty but I feel I could pop in after that if anything was not right. Recommend Moonee Ponds Phone Freaks.
