A A Kilns responded brilliantly to my desperate call for new elements for my glass kiln. Although shut over the festive season they got straight to making and sending them to me within days of reopening. The elements are perfect and I'm back to firing. Thanks!

I got a cheapo kiln off E-Bay for doing lost wax (3d Print) investment, but 2 of the 3 elements burnt out on the 4th use. Mitch from AAKilns to the rescue! Got a set of thicker gauge elements now installed running in series (instead of parallel) and it is working great! Mitch did all the calculations to keep the wattage the same with the conversion.... and also has a great sense of humor!

I rarely leave bad reviews, I like to think the best of everyone, and we can all have a bad day.BUT I was treated awfully by Leonie today. She slammed a door in my face, she threatened to call the police, she lied and said I blocked her car in.I was simply there to pick up my kiln that had been serviced and ready for collection. The staff member that was supposed to help me load the kiln in my car, was away and she sent me a email informing me this too late as I was already driving.I have never been treated this badly in my life. I left crying in my car! Shame on you Leonie.

The guys and lovely ladies at this store were so helpful in helping me restore my kiln after my kiln dies half way through a process. So big dilemmas I had . From fixing my kiln meanwhile they were able to finish my order and fire my pieces for me.. . all rounder for their services I highly recommend.
