Took my sons here for an end of school term treat. The food is always good. Not very busy, easy to park. And the staff are very attentive if not too young.

Has to be the slowest kfc I've been to, you wait 20+minutes for dry bad chicken. Latest one was burnt.

This is the worste KFC I have ever been too. The chicken in the burgers 8 out of 10 times is too tough to bite into. Always a long wait. I waited 45mins for a popcorn only order. Consistently poor overall. A shame it is my local, so KFC no longer an option for takeout. 1 star awarded as 0 stars not an option.

Very hit and miss. When it’s quiet, customer service is quick and kind, and meals are out to you quickly and are correct. When it’s busy, it’s as though there are not enough people working. Waiting for over 15 minutes in line for food to be cooked is pretty ridiculous. More people need to be put on for those peak times - it’s not fair on the workers or on the customers seeking a fast food option.

Had to wait nearly an hour in-store to pick up an order placed on the app that was confirmed as I walked in the door. Food was barely warm and edible by the time I got home 10mins later.

The person on the order window makes the whole experience great. The food was great, chips salted right and burger was fresh...however the food could've been horrible and I still would've had a great experience due to the kid on the window

I’m a DoorDash driver and I have never had any issues picking up from KFC before. Today I came in to pick up an order and I saw on the screen that the order was still being prepared. Usually when I see that it’s on the screen being prepared, I don’t bother to go up to the counter to ask them because it’s obviously still being prepared. So I waited there for about five minutes and then I realised that other people were getting their food before my order was ready, so I went up to the counter to ask how long the weight would be. The girl that came up, asked me what I was waiting for, and I simply asked her how long the weight would be on that particular order, and she responded so aggressively and with so much attitude towards me it was unbelievable. She responded by saying that she had called the order out ages ago, but I wasn’t there and that I meant to come up to the counter to tell her my order number. I tried to explain to her that I’ve never had issues like that before and normally if the order was ready, it was in the orders that are ready side of the screen so that’s why I didn’t come up earlier. She was so incredibly rude to me when I was just trying to explain that I’ve never had issues like that before, and I even apologised to her yet she was so rude and snarky towards me. It was nothing like I’ve ever experienced the manager then came over to me to ask me what the issue is and I tried to explain to him that I wasn’t trying to be rude or anything, but I simply just asked the question on how long the order was gonna be, but she had so much attitude and was really rude to me. As I’m talking to the manager, she was glaring at me like I had murdered her dog. I ended up leaving the store crying and ended up just going home. I’ve made a formal complaint to KFC’s head office about the girl, I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life.

The management should be sacked! Waiting an hour and a half for “FAST FOOD” is an absolute joke! I would have asked for my money back if I had ordered in store not on the app.When our food was ready the chips were stone cold and my twister tasted like dishwashing liquid.NEVER AGAIN!

Came into KFC today. Instead of ONE spicy chicken out off the 5 chicken I ordered today - they sneaked in all of them to 5. I clearly ordered 4 to be originals and they just change my order. This is a complete waste as my kids cannot eat the spicy chicken.Upsate: they called up and dealt with.

There is a lovely young man qho is most times at the drive through. He is such a lovely, friendly helpful person. I've made Burpengary KFC my go to place simply because I look forward to seeing him. KFC Burpengary, you did well to employ someone as him.
