RIP OFF!!!AWFUL EXPERIENCE, FIRST TIME CUSTOMER WITH A GENERATOR - SUCH A SIMPLE ISSUE TO FIX - SIMPLY TURNING THE CAP FROM OFF TO ON AND THEY CHARGED $35!! AS A GESTURE OF GOOD WILL THEY COULD HAVE WAIVED THE FEE OR CHARGED A TOKEN AMOUNT AS A NEW CUSTOMER AND NEW TO OWNING A GENERATOR.DID ASK FOR A DISCOUNT FOR CASH BUT WAS TOLD NOT ON SERVICESTHIS IS NOT THE WAY TO GET ONGOING BUSINESS. HEARD FROM OTHERS WHO FEEL THE SAME - WOULD NEVER GO BACK.
