Ian is highly professional and gives an excellent remedial massage. He asked which areas I wanted to focus on and targeted those areas, while always checking that the pressure was just right. He also showed me some stretches that I could do afterwards to ease some of the tension in my back and the stretches are working already. I would definitely recommend this massage!

I visit Ian for my RSI resulted from my 9-5 job. Ian is the real deal, a quick visit and a tune up and I’m right to go.Ian knew exactly where my pain areas are. He also provide me great suggestions and exercises for my RSI.Ian is very knowledgeable and comes with credentials. Highly recommend.
