Extremely disappointed with Ace Gutters' service. Despite clear instructions, they delivered my order to the wrong address. Now, they want to charge me a fee for their mistake. Unprofessional and lacking customer satisfaction. Cannot recommend their unreliable and unfair practices to others.

Ordered some roofing from them in December for a project,excellent over the phone service.Well priced, made in Australia, fast turnaround, neatly cut and packaged no scratches.On pickup, the friendly service by all the warehouse staff made me pleased I bought my roofing from them.Impressed!

Having been a client to Ace Gutters for about 25 years, never had an issue that would make me come here and write a review.So, for me to come here and write about it, its because its important that Management should take notice.Please note: We have been a client with an account for about 25 years.Ace Gutters in Melbourne, now has a Covid policy that one can not come inside the store or park your car in their car park (Apparently virus love open sir carparks for some reason).Last friday, while coming to pick up some ordered goods, I accidentally by habit (25 years) park my ute inside the carpark.As i walked out of my car, i receive a tirade of verbal, rude, unprofessional, uncivilised, bogan type abuse, by a lady working at Ace’s... my crime: to park on their car park, when their gate was open...All she had to say politely and in a civilized way: “Sir, could you park outside, because of our Covid policy etc,etc...”Instead, she screamed, yelled abuse at me, cursed, etc.All i said: You have no right, permission or authority to speak to me like that!And as i reversed my car, she throw the gate against the front of my ute.I put in a complaint with management!!This lady, needs to go to an institution and learn how to work with the public!!This is rude, unprofessional...Behaviour like this to a long time client is beyond words!!Im considering seriously in taking my business somewhere else.

Terrible product , supposed to have a 20 year gaurantee on product , my fascia and gutter has corroded after 10 years it now looks terrible , when i rang to complain and rep came out , they acknowleged the problem and sent me 2 cans of touch up paint , are u serious ace. Never again
